Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the thinly sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and snap peas. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan, pour in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and honey. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
