Ingredients
Method
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spatula—about 7–8 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Lay tortillas flat and evenly distribute the beef mixture, then top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and the cheese is melted. Let cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels, if desired. Garnish with pickles and serve warm.
Notes
For an extra crispy texture, bake for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for added flavor.
