- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet with olive oil. Cook until browned, breaking into small pieces.
- Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until onions are translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft and tender.
- Stir in flour, then gradually add beef broth, whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Cook until thickened.
- Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Combine with noodles and season with salt and pepper.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt.
