- Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide mixture into 4 portions and shape into oval patties.
- Cook patties in hot oil for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to skillet. Simmer and stir to combine.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into gravy. Return patties to skillet, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
For a healthier option, use lean ground beef and low-sodium broth. Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
